Josselyn’s Community Mental Health Workshops are designed to provide individuals, families, and community leaders with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to understand and address mental health in a compassionate and informed way.

  • These workshops focus on equipping attendees with a strong foundation in mental health topics, including: Mental Health 101, Trauma-Informed Care, Teen Mental Health, and more.
  • The aim is to create safe spaces for open conversations about mental health, reduce stigma, promote understanding, and foster an environment of empathy and support within the community.
