Services and resources to help Latino adults, youth, and children lead healthier, more connected lives.
Individuals, parents, and seniors benefit from mental health education, community and professional referrals, skill-building and advocacy.
Community Programs
Senior Group
- A stigma-free space to connect, socialize, and participate in art, crafts, and cultural activities
- Takes place Monday and Wednesday at the Highwood Public Library, 12 – 2 pm

Case Management Services
- Organizing, facilitating, and evaluating care options for individuals’ mental, physical, and emotional health
- Coordinating and providing safe, timely, effective, and client-centered care
- Identifying individual/family needs, connecting them with services and resources, and evaluating progress.
- For Nuestro Josselyn families
- Takes place at Josselyn’s Highland Park office (777 Central Avenue, Suite 17)
Monthly Events
- For children and adults of the Highwood and Highland Park communities
- Rotating relevant topics, themes, and plans each month
School-Based Programs
- Social/emotional group support
- Space for students to express themselves through creating art, individually and collaboratively
- Qualified mental health professionals can provide additional individual support and help develop individual needs related to mental health, educational support and advocacy
Escuelita
- Monday and Tuesday at Oak Terrace Elementary School, 3:20 – 4:50 pm
- Wednesday and Thursday at Red Oak Elementary School, 3:20 – 4:50 pm
YESS
- Monday-Friday at Northwood Middle School, 2:40 – 4:15 pm

- Fall Semester 2024 groups will run for 10 weeks
