We understand that our clients need us now more than ever in this time of uncertainty and anxiety. The Josselyn Center will continue our services at this time. Please call your clinician in advance of your scheduled appointment to arrange a communication method that is safe and healthy for both you and your clinician. We can provide services via Zoom, a HIPAA-secured video conferencing platform, or via phone. 

I am so impressed with, and in awe of our amazing Josselyn staff who are dedicated to supporting our clients during this trying time. This is community mental health at its finest, and I’m proud and honored to working alongside these dedicated heroes who are selflessly serving our clients.

Nonetheless, this pandemic is taking a deep toll on our financial ability to continue to serve our clients. Please make a donation so that we have the resources to continue during this pandemic. Consider making a donation in honor of your clinician or a staff member who is serving those in need.

If you have a specific medical question, please consult with your primary care physician or pediatrician. Please check our website, social media or call in advance of your appointment for the very latest information.

During this time of social distancing, we will not be accepting walk-ins. Please call 847-441-5600 x1 during business hours and you will be connected to a clinical team member who can speak to you over the phone or via Zoom.

Our Living Room is now open via phone and Zoom. If you need to talk with one of our Peer Specialists, please dial 847-496-3170. A Peer Specialist will answer your call during the hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am – 2pm.
