Josselyn grieves the loss of a former board member, Ken Fishman, who died on December 23, 2024, from a sudden heart attack. Ken served on the Josselyn board from 2018 to 2022 and chaired the Strategic Planning Committee.

Ken was the driver of our current strategic plan and a great visionary for the growth and strength Josselyn has achieved. His brilliance and compassion will live on through healthier lives for 8,000 Josselyn clients, and in so many other aspects of the world that he made better.

Josselyn was fortunate to have Ken serve its mission. Ken had recently retired as a Managing Director in Health and Public Service Sector at Accenture when he joined Josselyn’s board, and he channeled his 33 years of consulting experience into helping Josselyn build a roadmap for its remarkable growth.

Ken had a quiet confidence and provided his opinion in a way that challenged others to keep thinking. Even though he was thinking two or three steps ahead, he was always humble, helpful, and kind. He used his skills to bolster others rather than seeking the limelight for himself. He helped set an ambitious vision, but one that was bounded in strength and security.

Ken is an inspiration for us all: to live with love, integrity, and purpose, and to make the world a better place. His memory is truly a blessing indeed. Josselyn extends our deepest sympathies to Ken’s beloved wife, Kris, and three children, Carolyn, Matt, and Jennifer.  Josselyn is honored to be named as one of the Fishman family’s charities in Ken’s memory.

Thank you, Ken, for your great contributions to Josselyn and to the world. You will be greatly missed.
