Kelly began her career with The Josselyn Center in August of 1995 when she was hired as Business Administrator responsible for management of the budget, MIS, billing, supervision of support staff and development and maintenance of the administrative policy and procedures manual. She was appointed Director of Operations in June 2002, maintaining the same responsibilities plus taking a more active role in administrative leadership of the Center. In addition, Kelly works closely with the board and its finance committee. Prior to joining The Josselyn Center, Kelly was employed for eight years in the private financial sector. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University.
